Beef Noodle Soups/Phở

Phở is a Vietnamese noodle soup that consists of soft slippery noodles in a hearty, beefy yet fragrant broth and beef slices of your choice. It contains a hearty amount of rice noodles, vegetables, and meat, which are submerged in a pool of flavorful broth. The size of a single serving of pho will depend on which Vietnamese restaurant you order it from. Phở is believed to have first appeared in the province of Nam Dinh, located southeast of Hanoi.

Phở Tôm, or Shrimp Pho is the Vietnamese version of Shrimp  Noodle Soup. With a light clean beef  broth and flat rice noodles it's soothing comfort food at it's best.
