Vietnamese rice plates are a staple of Vietnamese cuisine. Cơm tấm (Vietnamese broken rice) is one of the most popular rice plates in Vietnam. It’s made from rice with fractured rice grains and is served with grilled pork, shredded pork, pork-and-egg meatloaf, fresh and pickled veggies, and a tangy-sweet sauce.
